We are vocaloid fan group from Taiwan and we wish to hold an event at 11/1, 2015 in Taipei, Taiwan. I have applied a PCL last time in our 2nd-year birthday event. And I want to confirm that does we should apply new PCL for this event again?
We will actually also ask music and PV makers to agree we use their musics and PVs in this event. Thanks very much!

We are vocaloid fan from Taiwan and we have a group on the facebook called "初音ミク-台灣Voca同好會♪".
We are proposing an activity to celebrate the birthday of our group at 10/17, 2015. In this activity we will use vocaloid music and PVs which are made by others. In the music part, we have already got the authorized public performances via MUST(Music Copyright Society of Chinese Taipei) which is associated with JASRAC. This time we still ask PV makers and music artists for agreeing us using their creation in this activity.
This time we want to update our PCL for this event. Thanks!
