Her design was inspired by the Magical Girl anime genre, mixed with elements from the winter. Her dress pattern resembles a snow flake, reinforcing the image of a mystical girl who appeared in the snow.
この雪ミクは、北海道の厳しい冬の中で自らの力を発見した少女です。彼女の魔法のような歌声は、出会う幸運に恵まれた全ての人々に温もりと希望をもたらします。ユキネは彼女の小さな助手で、冬に助けを必要とする人々を探しています。
彼女のデザインは「魔法少女」アニメジャンルから着想を得ており、冬の要素と融合されています。ドレスの模様は雪の結晶を思わせ、雪の中に現れる魔法少女のイメージを強めています。
