Snow Miku 2025 - Hokkaido stone Miner

Last year a discovery was made in Hokkaido - A new mineral, now named Hokkaido stone (Also known as Hokkaidoite). To celebrate this discovery and keep with the "material" theme I have designed Miku and Yukine as cute miners. To add some magical charm to the whole look, crystals have been incorporated into Miku's hair and Yukine's tail. The "glittering snow" part of the design is referenced in the snowflake design, which have hidden gemstone shapes in them. Iridescent and silver details bring both themes together.

A knit sweater with sailor-collar overalls make for the perfect look for exploring mines on snowy days. Miku's boots have spiked soles to help her footing on icy rocks. The boots have gemstone-shaped knee-pads for extra protection. More safety-gear comes in the form of a hardhat featuring Miku's 01 mark and a silver snowflake design. Miku comes with tools to help her dig for crystals, such as a shovel and pickax. Yukine helps collect the gems as Miku discovers them!
