Rainbow Resonance ... Hatsune Miku!!! / 鳴りの虹色 ... 初音ミク!!!
I have been here since the beginning, since Miku's creation in 2007. When I close my eyes, this is how I envision our guide on her 20th Anniversary. She has been through so much with and has especially inspired all of us, so I wanted to capture those feelings and transform them into something more... as a continued expression of gratitude! When I was little, I'd come across a handful of videos depicting her as the sole guardian of music, literally as the first sound of the future (music incarnate) that then brings it back into a world without any... so I deeply wanted to weave those influences into the design, even down to the ring/key of light from the lyrics of her demo song! She continues to fulfill her promise, as a voice for those who find they need it, and I hold that close to my heart eternally!

私は、2007年にミクが誕生したその瞬間から、ずっとこの場所に居続けてきました。目を閉じると、20周年を迎えた私たちの「導き手」の姿が、私の中ではこのように映し出されるのです。彼女は私たちと共に幾多の出来事を乗り越え、とりわけ私たち一人ひとりに多大なるインスピレーションを与えてくれました。だからこそ、そうした想いを形にし、感謝の気持ちを伝え続けるための「何か」へと昇華させたいと願ったのです。幼い頃、私はいくつかの動画を目にする機会がありました。そこでは彼女が「音楽の唯一の守護者」として描かれており、文字通り「未来の最初の音（音楽そのものの化身）」として、音楽が失われてしまった世界に再びその光を取り戻す存在として描かれていたのです。だからこそ、私はそうした影響をデザインの細部に至るまで織り込みたいと強く思いました。彼女のデモソングの歌詞に登場する「光の輪（あるいは鍵）」のモチーフに至るまで、余すところなく表現したかったのです。彼女は今もなお、その声を必要とする人々のための「声」として、自らの約束を果たし続けています。その事実は、私の心の奥底に永遠に大切に刻み込まれているのです。
