Fictional Angel

初音ミクは私にとって魅力的な存在です。彼女の存在があるからこそ、様々な分野のアーティストたちが創造性を発揮し、美しい作品を生み出すことができるのです。ある意味、彼女はテクノロジーが生み出した創造性の天使と言えるでしょう。
今回のデザインでは、SF的なイメージを通じてテクノロジーの要素を取り入れつつ、彼女に気品あふれる雰囲気を与えようと試みました。また、彼女の20歳の誕生日を記念して、これまでのすべてのデザインから要素を取り入れるよう心がけました。

Hatsune Miku is fascinating figure to me. Her existence allow artists from different medium to bring forward their creativity and make beautiful things. In a sense she is an angel if creativity brought forward by technology.
With this design I tried to incorporate technological elements, through sci-fi imagery, as well as give her a regal look. Since its her 20th birthday, I also tried to incorporate elements from all her design all over the years.
