U.S. Hatsune Miku 10
This outfit was inspired by a day at the beach, it's cute, fun, and comfortable (which I guess wouldn't really matter to Hatsune Miku). the red and white striped shirt plus the red, white, and blue hairpieces make it patriotic while the shorts would be classic american style-being comfortable and cute. she can do anything and this outfit and look cute doing it.
