I decided on a strawberry tarte ballerina because winter always reminds me of ballet and all the pretty ballerinas dancing in the nutcracker. Since the theme revolved around French bakeries I settled on a simple strawberry tarte, they’re delicious and I love strawberries so this was obviously the best choice.
